Created by members of the UBUNTU Writing Group at TAIBU, this collection embraces the long-held tradition of storytelling, through the compilation of writing and original art.
Seniors from around the world who live in Canada, came together weekly around a table as the UBUNTU Writing Group, to share these stories with you.
Together, they reflected and reminisced to capture seminal moments from their lives, so that you may benefit from where they’ve been and what you can learn in this moment.
This community of voices takes you back in time to the smells, sounds and childhood memories of kitchens, fields and farmyards in the Caribbean, and to the warm, exotic beaches of Sri Lanka.
Each creation promises to resonate with you in a unique way.
